Abstract

|
Intracranial giant aneurysms developed at the supraclinoid segment of the internal carotid artery are very rare among the all verified intracanial aneurysms. Surgical direct operation for these aneurysms is very difficult and hazardous.
A case of suboptochiasmatic giant aneurysm is reported. The: aneurysm was obliterated by intracranial trapping and then partially eYCised for decompression.
